Course Overview
Knowledge-Powered AI with ChatGPT is a workshop for leaders and teams on using generative AI with their organisation's own knowledge: documents, data, and expertise. It covers practical uses such as customer service, content drafting, and internal knowledge systems.
The course runs as a half-day, one-day, or two-day session. You'll start by understanding the digital landscape and exploring how large language models like ChatGPT function, before diving into practical applications of ChatGPT and other AI tools:

This hands-on, executive-focused workshop is perfect for senior leaders, innovation teams, and decision-makers. By the end, you'll have created a prototype web app powered by generative AI, and developed a concrete understanding of how these technologies can transform your operations.

Requirements: Bring your own laptop! Modern Windows, Mac or Linux laptops are supported. Participants should have a ChatGPT account (free tier sufficient; Plus or Business tier recommended) — or we can provide access during the workshop.

We can provide ChatGPT Business Plan access to participants for the duration of the workshop for an additional fee of $50 ($54.50 with GST) per participant. Please note that participants' chats will not be retained once access expires — this is due to the nature of the ChatGPT Business Plan.
