Knowledge-Powered AI with ChatGPT is a workshop for leaders and teams on using generative AI with their organisation's own knowledge: documents, data, and expertise. It covers practical uses such as customer service, content drafting, and internal knowledge systems.

The course runs as a half-day, one-day, or two-day session. You'll start by understanding the digital landscape and exploring how large language models like ChatGPT function, before diving into practical applications of ChatGPT and other AI tools:

**Requirements**: Bring your own laptop! Modern Windows, Mac or Linux laptops are supported. Participants should have a ChatGPT account (free tier sufficient; Plus or Business tier recommended) — or we can provide access during the workshop.
